RESERVATION
You can make a reservation by email or via the reservation request form. The reservation of the mobile home is guaranteed when the deposit has been paid in full.

 

PAYMENT
A down payment of approx. 40% must be made of the travel sum. The remainder of the rent and 200 euros deposit no later than 8 weeks before departure. Deposit will be refunded after the rental period and return of the key.

 

CANCELLATION
The deposit will be charged up to 8 weeks before arrival.
Between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rent will be charged.
The full rent will be charged within 4 weeks before arrival.

 

HOUSE RULES
* Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is not allowed in the mobile home.
* The mobilhome is intended for a maximum of 6 people
* Please supplement / replace used food or drinks and toilet paper.

 

BRING YOUR OWN...
The mobilhome is rented including complete furnishing including crockery and kitchen inventory. There are 6 pillows and 5 duvets (1 double). You must provide your own bed linen, towels and bath towels. You can rent a bedding/towel package with us for 25 euro per person.

 

ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
Unless otherwise agreed, the mobilhome is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the departure date.

 

CLEANING
The mobilhome is neat and cleaned at your arrival and will be left that way when you go. Everything you have used in furniture and other (stand) attributes have to be carefully stored in the right place (e.g. on the veranda, and / or in the mobile home, and / or in the shed, etc.) when you leave.
Cleaning is obligatory and costs 75 euros. You need to leave the mobile home 'sweeping clean', meaning that your things are out, everything is tidy, the waste has been removed and there are no more dishes. If you choose for this cleaning options the cushions of the outdoor furniture can remain covered outside.

 

DAMAGE
Of course we trust that you handle the mobilhome and the inventory with care. Of course it is always possible that things break. Please report this immediately so that we can arrange for repair or replacement. We are not strict about a cup or plate, but in case of serious costs we will discuss in all fairness the amount to be recovered at your expense.
